Here’s the deal!
Your wedding photography package usually ends just before the reception. (To add the reception usually costs more.) So, we’ve devised an alternative. After the reception is over, and as the evening event is starting, we will return to your wedding reception venue, complete with our professional studio equipment (lights, backdrop etc) and do ‘formal style’ photographs of your guests! Your guests are all dressed up, and what better way to remember the happy day than with a celebratory photograph to keep for ever, a photograph that will cost them a tiny fraction of a studio visit!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:!
1. How can it cost us nothing? We charge your guests a small amount per photograph. This is usually around £7.50 for a 6x9 inch print in a beautiful slip-in mount – provided the pictures are paid for at the event. (If the same photo was taken at our studio, the cost would be around £45!) The guests are so pleased with this offer that word quickly spreads round the tables!
2. When do they get their photos? Sometimes that very night! We sometimes bring a portable mini-lab and can process the pictures right away. If the equipment is unavailable that night, we will order the photos later, and your quests will receive them in about 14 days.
3. How flexible are the poses etc? Naturally we will pose your guests in the best way for each couple or individual. We will usually give them a choice of two poses. Groups and families can also be accommodated.
4. Do we get a choice of background? You can choose from our current background list, including our fabulous Titanic staircase background!
5. So do you cover the reception as well then? No, the Wedding Formals deal does not cover the speeches or the reception, neither does it cover the first dance etc.
6. How do I book? If your wedding has already been booked, contact Bob on 07802 466302 to confirm that you would like to have Wedding Formals, and Heartworks Ltd will send you the necessary booking form. There is no additional charge. You will also need to contact your hotel or other venue to make sure that sufficient space will be available, and that they are happy to make that space available. Most will let us use a lobby area, or a nearby room. If you have not arranged an ‘evening reception’ this deal will not work for you, and will not be available.
7. What if I’ve booked another photographer? No problem. You can book us just for the Wedding Formals – but there will be a small booking deposit of £25 to secure the date. This will be returned to you after the event. !
8. How will you tell the guests? Well, first of all, we NEVER go round the tables in your reception asking people to come for photos. We will ask the DJ to make an announcement, and we ask that you inform all your friends informally before the wedding. Also, if you like, we can supply you with small cards to leave on your tables, or to post with your invitations, if you request them. There is no charge for these cards.
